Rise & Shine Yoga
Start your conference experience feeling centered, energized, and ready to connect! Join us for an early morning yoga session designed to awaken your body and mind before the day’s programming begins. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking to stretch out from your travels, this all-levels class will set the perfect tone for the days ahead.
The hotel has a limited number of mats available, so if you’re local—or if you travel with your own—please bring it along. Comfortable clothes and a water bottle are also recommended. No prior experience required—just a willingness to breathe, move, and welcome the day with a little balance and calm.
No need to register in advance, however we do encourage you to add this event to your schedule in the Guidebook App (available in December!), so we can estimate a headcount.
