KICK-OFF Session: CPSM Study Group on October 11, 2023
Have an interest in becoming a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)?
All SMPS Pacific Region Chapters have joined forces to host a dynamic Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) study program! Participants will interact with peers and facilitators from across the West, learning from some of the region’s most accomplished marketing professionals.
- We will host seven facilitated discussions virtually.
- Participants will be given an overview of all key terms and concepts within the CPSM curriculum, as well as have an opportunity to review possible test questions and play educational games.
- There will be an online learning portal available to participants for impromptu Q&A and to access session recordings and additional resources.
Taking the Exam
The examination is administered by the Professional Testing Corporation (PTC), an independent third-party and global leader in testing and assessment services. You must first submit an application and upload your college transcripts (if applicable). Your application will be reviewed, and eligible candidates will receive a scheduling authorization from PTC within two weeks. Candidates will have one year from their application approval date to sit for the exam.
