Love: No Ego - Attain the pillars, principles, and strategies to live your best life

When it comes to having a thriving business, it’s important that the individuals, team members, and employees representing that business have an established foundation rooted in integrity, uncolored opportunity, and positive support and direction. Whether they recognize it or not, people crave for purpose. Despite challenges, companies and organizations should, to everyone’s benefit, want to make the environment a special and awesome place to be for everyone involved.

“Love...No Ego (LNE) Heart-Led Engagement and Leadership” can help capture, create, and promote such an environment, an environment in which the human intuition and spirit is pushed into greatness. Greatness is a space where collaboration, creativity, and clarity naturally flows. Imagine a culture of individuals who are able to live and function from a conscious and well-respected space of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while having a self and community practice that promotes the awareness of, and then the diminishing of, biases, judgment, and fear. The result is optimal performance!

“Love...No Ego (LNE) Heart-Led Engagement and Leadership” shares pillars (4) and principles (3) that promotes individual and community growth, long-term happiness and success, and resiliency. Let’s learn and implement the LNE pillars and principles, and live on the frequency of Miracles!

PSM Show Presents: Just Show Up, Building the Life you Want with Discipline, a Live Podcast Event

Manifesting change in our lives isn't as difficult as we often make it seem. In fact, Ryn says they have found that the most successful athletes in strongman, and the most successful professionals they have ever met, are those who simply show up and put in the time. There's no substitute for attempting, experimenting, and failing. In this interview, Ryn will share with the live audience and podcast listeners how to build discipline that lasts, not just motivation that gets them started. We need to stop making success seem like some large, pie-in-the-sky idea, and instead distill it down to its simplest element:

Friday Keynote Speaker: Ryn (Kathryn) Bennett, CPSM

Ryn (Kathryn) Bennett, MPH, is a non-binary 40 under 40 award winner, world-record-holding strongman competitor, celebrated TEDx and Ignite speaker, and advocate for developing mental toughness. They are the author of Productive Pain, a personal memoir and inspirational guide. With a background in social and behavioral health and process improvement, Ryn's professional career spans industries including tech, healthcare, and engineering/construction. Ryn used the mental fortitude and tenacity they learned in the gym to advance their career and overcome burnout, working from an entry-level process improvement role into a director position. Ryn is a Certified Professional Services Marketer and is nationally ranked as a strongman competitor. They are passionate about helping others develop the mental tenacity and internal strength they need to succeed, no matter the adversity they're facing.

Live Podcast brought to you by the PSM Show with hosts Kathryn Ness and Diedra Booth.
